555 MORTON STREET

The design of 555 Morton Street took advantage of the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives Program, administered by the National Park Service in partnership with the State Historic Preservation Offices.  The initial design included a 30,000 square foot office and call center divided between an existing historic building, The Showers Brothers Furniture Showroom, and an addition linking Think Tank in the glass block tower and creative spaces beyond.  The bridge was the symbolic linkage between creative thought and creative products.
