The Boston Holocaust Memorial Competition was an international design competition that attracted 520 entries and was adjudicated by Holocaust survivors and community leaders of Boston.

 

This entry was envisioned a place for everyone to come to remember the Holocaust, as well as a focal point for annual commemorations.  This memorial design was intended to inspire reflection and compassion, and encourage present and future generations to respect and embrace difference.
