URBAN DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The project consisted of a group project where each team was to create a master plan for a multi-family
residential district along the Flatrock River in downtown Columbus.
During the second part of the project, teams were to develop a mixed use project that included 30,000 sq. ft. of housing mixed with community spaces for the arts.
